As it often triggers strong emotional reactions, it has to be handled professionally by a qualified facilitator. Therefore we equip the participants of the course not only with hard skills (how to prepare and conduct a given simulation) but also with soft, communicative skills – you will learn how to professionally lead a debriefing session on sustainable development and to motivate players to apply their new knowledge in practice.

The Centre for Systems Solutions develops social simulations and serious games and uses them as a basis for engaging workshops. Our overarching objective is to fulfill our mission. We want our tools to be widely used. Most of them are available for free for non-commercial use. Our products and services are expected to enhance strategic planning, assist in navigating complexity, and improve communication and collaboration. They help groups and organizations reach sustainable development goals on community, national or global levels. As a result, we reach the new generation of scientists and decision-makers and provide them with an education based on innovative systems tools. To ensure that our objective is met, we now offer also training aimed at developing moderators’ skills.

How can you enroll in the course

We offer online courses; thanks to the state-of-the-art technology we are able to avoid air travel that is harmful to the environment. We also make face-to-face trainings – you can order it together with the Nexus Game-based workshop.
